2. Service Description

GourmetPix is an AI-powered digital photo editing service designed for food photography. The Service allows you to:

  • Upload food images for AI-enhanced editing
  • Apply various styling options and enhancements
  • Download edited images in high resolution
  • Upscale images to 4K resolution

No Guarantee of Results: Our Service uses artificial intelligence technology that produces varying results. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, quality levels, or that results will meet your expectations.

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

  • Create an account by providing accurate information
  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Credit System

4.1 How Credits Work

Our Service operates on a credit-based system:

  • Each image edit consumes one or more credits depending on the operation
  • Credits are deducted immediately when an image processing operation completes successfully
  • Failed operations do not consume credits
  • Credits are non-transferable between accounts

4.2 Credit Expiration

Credits do not expire unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

5. Payment and Billing

We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors.

6. Refund Policy

You may request a refund for unused credits within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not used any credits from the purchased package. Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@gourmetpix.com.

Once you have used any credits from a purchased package, the entire package becomes non-refundable.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the original images you upload. By uploading images, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7.2 Edited Images

You own the edited images generated by our Service. We grant you full, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free rights to use, reproduce, modify, and commercially exploit the Edited Images for any lawful purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
