You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchasing credits, provided you have not used any credits from the purchased package.
To request a refund: Email support@gourmetpix.com within 14 days of your purchase with your order details.
Once you use any credits from a purchased package, the entire package becomes non-refundable. This is because:
If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive.
Important: This right expires once the digital service has been fully performed. By using any credits, you provide express consent for the service to begin, and you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal ends once you have used the service.
If a technical issue prevents you from using the Service and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable timeframe, we may provide a refund or additional credits at our discretion.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original purchase. No additional fees will be charged for the refund.
